Innovation is the focus of Delta's research and development. In recognition of Delta's strength in product design, we have recently received both the Taiwan Symbol of Excellence and the National Award of Excellence. Our design process is based on Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) providing a stringent and accelerated design cycle while ensuring product quality and reliability. Our capability for innovative design is what sets us apart from the competition.
Delta has design teams, engineering teams, and R&D laboratories in Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, the U.S., and Europe. Delta's labs at Research Triangle Park in North Carolina, U.S.A., include the Delta Power Electronics Laboratory, which develops high-efficiency and high-density power conversion products, and the Delta Networks R&D Laboratory, which develops networking products.
Continuous enhancement of our engineering capabilities allows us to develop products with better value and performance. In recent years we have developed high-density and high-efficiency telecommunication power systems, UPSs with advanced interfaces, computer networking components and products with high software content, microdisplay PTVs, and many others.
