We are proud to announce the expected release of Energy Brain Cloud 2.0 as the latest and greatest in Online Energy Monitoring & Management Portals. This browser based software, allows users to view and manage all data retrieved from Electrex devices and third-party devices that may be connected to them.
This is a powerful tool that allows the management and monitoring of all collected data through a simple web browser on a PC, Tablet or Smartphone device.
The Dashboard
The main dashboard (Instrumentation Panel) compromises of serveral widgets that make it possible for the user to manage many different functions from one location. Through these widgets, the user is able to view both instantaneous and historical data, on/off states, alarms, triggered events etc.
Dash boards are fully customisable and the user can choose the widgets layout, position, title as well as widget type. Widgets can then be organised as multiple tabs.
The Menu
The user also has access to an always visible menu which allows the user to edit each widgets properties, create widgets and edit/remove widgets.
You also have a user management feature available to the right hand side of the menu bar.
The Widgets
Widgets can display all data retrieved by all Electrex devices. This includes readings such as electricity, temperature, humidity, luminosity, gas, water, steam, CO2, compressed air, calories etc. as well as readings that are relative to a measurement (e.g. cost of energy in Rands or Euros etc.).
There are 3 main widget types:
The Measure Widget
This widget allows you to show instantaneous data, total counters, alarms, on/off statuses. These can be shown as either gauges, analogue style counters or a completely custom background image by means of a jpg, png or gif formats.
The Graphs Widget
This widget allows the user to look at historical data that has been retrieved from the Electrex devices and stored on the cloud server. All this data can then be exported to downloadable CSV format files.
The Scenario Widget
This widget makes it possible for the user to upload an image (jpg, png or gif) and use it as a graphical represenataion on which users can then overlay tooltips to display measurement readings from the Electrex devices. The tooltips are positioned via the "drag-and-drop" method and thus allowing a diagram or blueprint layout of information over the background image.
